Do I need an account to start a 360?
Yes. Create an account to set up and pay for a 360. Raters still complete the survey from a personal link, without signing in.
How do raters complete the survey?
Add their work emails. We send each person a personal link that already knows how they know the subject.
Is pricing in Australian dollars?
Yes. Standard A$199, Wide A$279 and Executive A$349 per person being rated, GST included, for a typical 8–12 rater mix.
Can the experience carry our brand?
Organisation name, logo, colour and intro appear on the live survey. You can also write a short note for each rater role — the same copy is used in the invite email.
What can I do using your engine that I can't elsewhere?
Formation Systems is proud to make available one of the most sophisticated and flexible online survey Dashboards in the world. Furthermore, if there is something it doesn’t do, we’re able to add it on request to your own unique Dashboard experience.
The philosophy underpinning FS is to be able to customise almost any aspect of the online experience, whether for the Survey Holder or for participants.
For example, when it comes to survey data reports, we’re able to make available either existing report templates, or build your own from scratch, using as much or as little decision logic as required. We can also use graphic design imaging from your own supplied output report, or use our own graphic design team to help create your own perfect reporting solutions or “variants” of your reporting outputs, for say, different client or branding purposes.
