The 360 is on new software

We replaced the old system. The survey, the branding and the Melbourne practice did not need replacing.

Formation Systems has run 360s for a long time. Partnerships, executive teams, boards. Named raters. Your colour on the screen. An overview meant for a room of two or three people, not a slide pack.

The software underneath that work was due. It took too long to stand up a campaign. People treated it like a project because the tool behaved like one. We have taken the 360 off that stack and put it on a platform we built for this.

You name the person. You add the emails — typically eight to twelve, self, manager, peers and reports. You set organisation name, colour, initials and a short intro. We send each rater a link that already knows how they know the subject. That part will look like the Formation Systems you already know, if you know us.

Create an account to start. Name the person, add rater emails, and pay once. Open more than one 360 from the same workspace, and keep your logo and campaign copy with you. Raters still use a personal link and do not need an account.

When enough people have answered, you get the overview and the action items. HTML, PDF or CSV if you need a copy. The detailed scores stay with us unless you ask for them. Most of the people we work with want something they can take into a conversation, not a table they have to walk a board through.

Price is still per person being rated, GST included: A$199 standard, A$279 wide, A$349 executive. Not per rater.

Wellbeing, culture, high-potential identification and the other instruments are not on this self-serve path. They are still commissioned. Email us. The 360 is the one you can start this afternoon.
